Can anyone tell me how to program a new remote for my Western Rivers Predation? Thanks!

It has to be "matched" to the caller by programming it. My old remote has some serious problems and I found a new one cheap on clearance and need to program it. Thanks!

Western Rivers faxed me instructions. For anyone looking in the future:
Turn unit on, as soon as the display shows "mp3 etc..." hit the "decoy" button (do this quickly!). Push "play" on the remote and a number should appear/change (there are two numbers that have to match in the end. I think they start at 0). Then push play on the unit. The other number should change to match the first number. Then turn the unit off manually. Turn the unit on and test the remote functions. If they work it is ready for use. If not repeat.

what should i do if this procedure does not work? It appears that my remote is not working? It worked last night briefly, now will not work? I have just received this from a friend. The caller works flawless, but the remote will not work at all? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
