1. Hogs and dogs to a max of 300yards and under 200 95 percent
I am thinking of a price along the Rock River Predator line. About 1500 give or take a little. Is there a way to do night vision and a suppressor and stay at 3000 dollars. Give or take 10 perccent. I do roll my own so all calibers are options.

given your application without a doubt a 6.8 Spc with a 16 inch barrel and a SAS Reaper. Steve aka Ranger Walker here is a site sponsor and can help you with your suppress your needs.

Ring me this week, at 816-718-9489 and i can go over your options for host weapons and suppressors.
6.8 would work good, as well as 300BO. lots of options.
I can keep you under $1000 for can, that leaves a fair amount for NV.

I have this exact setup. Its my favorite rifle. Very adequate for your purpose.

If the OP had mentioned the use of sub's I would have said the BO as well. The 125g supersonic performance absolutely will reach 300 yards as well but for a strait supersonic round from an AR the 6.8SPC can't be beat for energy under 300yards, ESPECIALLY in SBRs. The Grendel/LBC doesn't beat it until you go long and it needs more barrel length plus not nearly as much factory ammo availability.

I went through the EXACT same quandary as the OP and decided on a Bison Armory 16" 1/11.25 twist 6.8SPC. It as an absolute hammer at 300 and under. I've taken many mature whitetails, yotes and one yote at 522 yards. The 10oz. 7" SAS Reaper is a great match and the new Barricade would be the perfect match but limit you to .27cal and under.

If you go the 6.8 route look to the 110g sierra prohunter for accuracy and terminal performance, 110 Nosler BT and the Barnes. All will do well and SSA has the best factory ammo and brass.

Honestly every hog I've shot past 60 yards with the 300BO runs off and requires a second and normally a third shot. I haven't tried the 6.8 SPC, though I predict it to out preform the 300BO. The biggest problem I've acquired is loosing the brass while hunting. That's why I choose to stick with the 223 and use heavier bullets.

Problem solved:

Brass catcher

Brass catcher No thanks, The ar's are useful, but extremely ugly IMO. That brass catcher would be adding lipstick to a pig.

IMO the 6.8 SPC is hard to beat for hogs.

That being said I recently have been using my 300 BLK for a few close range setups, some of which require shooting subsonic. From what I have gathered bullet choice is critical with the 300 BLK and you need to plan accordingly with regard to what you are hunting and expected ranges.

I am currently trying out 3 different rounds on hogs out to 75 yards .

Lehigh Defense 110 grain Controlled Chaos (supersonic)

Lehigh Defense 194 grain Maximum Expansion (subsonic)

Barnes 110 grain Tac TX (supersonic)

The best performance I've gotten out of the 300BO is with the 110gr. Sierra HP Varminter. The Hornady VMAX was next in line in performance.

Just curious as to which set up you decided to go with based on Ranger's suggestion? I am in the same boat looking for a dedicated hog AR rig being supressed.

I ended up not doing one yet. Wifes business partner started doing some shady things so we ended up with too many issues with the IRS. Uncle sammy got twice what I wanted to spend on the gun. Set me back at least a couple of years. I still have plans to go with a 18 in. 6.5 grendel with the SAS . We have put some feeder lights on our feeders and food plots. If they work out I may not do night vision. Right now a photon xt looks like reasonable starter sight with good reviews here.
