Here's what I'm using.  It's made in Boise Id.  I don't remember the mfg.  It has a nylon ball that goes on the rifle and clips into the bipod head.  It's easy to sit up and I've never liked all the weight of a bipod hanging on the little forarm screw in a wood stock.  This is light and carries clipped into my belt to a set.  It lets the gun rotate any direction and unclips and clips in a second.


Anyway aside from a set of shooting sticks this is the best I've used.
