hey luke. all they guns mentioned are good ones. you should be able to find a great field grade shotgun in an autoloader for $1000 and have change left for several boxes of Dead Coyote shells! i think i gave $565 for my Franchi I-12. I've got a mossberg 500A that i gave $100 bucks for used and got a slug barrel for bonus.
there is some truth to what bigwheeler said. your shotgun needs to fit you well. the I-12 has interchangeable recoil pads that adjust the length of pull. most shotguns are cast for right handed shooters.
i can shoot equally well with the I-12 or the 500A. I've shot over 5000 rounds through the Franchi and about half that throught the 500A. this is my second Mossberg. the first one I traded for a 22lr, but killed over 500 crows with it before i traded it off. both are good dependable weapons. like i said, i can shoot equally well with both, but i prefer the autoloader.
you are welcome to shoot both my guns anytime you want. we can go to the sporting clay range here in Ft Payne. i know lots of guys there and you can get a chance to shoot several makes and models to find what you like.
you want to hunt tomorrow?
