any way to get the old look back at least on my end? I hate the new look! it was much easier to find topics of interest before. maybe I'll get use to it. The old board looked much more professional in my opinion.
sorry if I'm stepping on toes, not my intention. just loved the way the old board flowed. This new one confuses my computer illiterate brain!

I have a hard time finding certain posts also. I also liked the way I could look to the right and see whos post it was. Made it easier for me to find a post if I knew who started it and could read the name easier.
 
old board is gone. we're running so hard we don't know what we like, what we don't or what, LOL

keep in mind that there's still work being done behind the scenes.
 
you guys would crap if you seen a good forum setup. this is a stat in a good direction. I already see some good improvements under the My Stuff tab. it isnt vbulletin but its getting better.
now if we could just get auto sub to our post would be awesome.
 
I actually like the new board... It seems easy to navigate, and though some of the things are different, in many ways they are the same. We all hate change for the most part.. wait till yer state starts making you shoot Non Lead Bullets! Then you will realy have something to complain about.. I think that this will just be a short learning curve.

Personally, I don't like the colors. We had a lot of style sheets before, now we have 2. I'm thinking we should have more available, am looking into it.

There's a lot of functionality with this version that the old one didn't have, we've been behind quite a bit.

As we identify issues they're being taken up, so hang loose a bit before freaking out too much.
 
Oh come on now, most of you change guns on a weekly basis along with loads and bullets! This is a nice change of pace. JMHO

a bunch of ubb friends. [beeep], I didn't know we had that, the boards been up what, an hour or so? and they've been sneaking in there!
 
it's the software we use to operate this site. There are other packages out there, lots of site use vbulletin, for example. for whatever reason, PM started with UBB so that's what we have.

A lot easier to upgrade the same software than it is to migrate to something else.
