Sounds reasonable to me. Lets have an ege shoot at a 1000 yards with hummers.

Yeah it was not a 17 hmr, but a 22 mag. You got me!!!!

Btw, I don't own any rimfire guns. Robert Ruark said "use enough gun".

I was replying to a post above mine. If you take out my 370 yd pronghorn my next longest shot would be a 120 whitetail, though that was with a 20 gauge slug gun. Not much opportunity out here for long shots.

How did you go about sighting in for that very distance, much less range a small critter at 1245yds. What kind of range finder do you have that can spot a PDogg at 1245yds? Curious minds want to know. My 1000yd range finder will barley range a deer at 600yds on a good day, with no back ground close.

do you seriously think he was serious? if so thats funny moto.....lol....

How could you miss at 1246 yard the pattern of that #7 must have been at least 30 feet????

Coyote with after burners going at 350 yards with .243. After watching my two friends each miss it twice I pulled up and fired and thwack right in the armpit of the yote.

Luckiest shot was a hip shot at a crow flying by at 100 yards with a bolt action .22 lr. Knocked the beak right off his head.

Headshot a starling at 75 yards with a 10 pump daisy with iron sights. Think luck had alittle to do with that one too.

I'm kind of surprised you did too.
