I use the red Destroyer for all my hog hunting. Shining on my feeder that is 105 yards away.
From my tripod rail, I place the Destroyer in some broom handle brackets (local hardware store) that is attached to the flexible support that is tiewrapped to the tripod rail.
I dont know much about the destroyer but the 250 kill light is bad to the bone. I used it for the first time saturday it lit a fox up at 200 yards u could see the fox not just his eyes

I ordered one on the 8th and it still has not been sent.
+1 on the Elusive Wildlife XLR-250. I've been using one (green) for a couple of months on one of my rifles and you won't be dissappointed with it. I can identify animals out to 200+ yards on a really dark night. If you have a full moon it cuts it down just a little of course. Very good light.
I have two red destroyers, same thing as 250 kill light. IMO best scanning/shooting light you can get, its light, compact and has a tight centered beam. Just make sure u get the halo shield its def worth the extra 15 bucks.
Wait for it well worth the moneyOriginally Posted By: rustydog32I was going to order a 250 and then I was told the wait was to weeks so I'm trying to decide again
Thanks for the info guys, appreciate it!! I was going back and forth on the 250 or a Surefire light and I could'nt find any specs on the 250.
I noticed from Boondock Outdoors there was a 2 week wait even to be shipped. I am going to assume if you order one direct it would ship sooner.
