Who sells coyote urine?

I was looking for a coon repellent and found a product that is made from coyote urine. Small granules that you sprinkle around areas you want coons to leave a lone. I took this route to avoid all the subtle problems of trapping and shooting in suberia. I opened the can today and it really stunk. After a few hours the scattered granules had tempered, but the coons aren't supposed to stay around if coyotes are in the area. Another market for our yotes. Yank that bladder out and put it in a jar and mix it with cat litter and another market has sprung forth.

Learned that urine is urine lesson when i was young. Was hunting a property only one other guy had permission on. He set a ladder stand up not fifty yards from me knowing full well I was in that area. So when he left I got down, went over and peed on his ladder. Every one of the more mature bucks that came by that day as soon as they were down wind of that stand went to it. Some even rubbed their heads on it. Anyway, there little detour took them out of my shooting lanes. I showed him! Atleast I had the satisfaction of knowing he had to climb that ladder.

Gimick? We had no coons last night. You may be right about the gimick. But if they have other areas to feel secure in,..perhaps they may move. I have a feeling a trap is my next purchase though.

that doesnt mean its a magical cure. urine is an attractant not a repellent because you had no coons last nite doesnt mean it worked there are too many factors to consider new food sources for one i have seen many people try to use urine as a repellent or actualy beleive certain urines wil repel certain species of animals and al they did was pour urine on the ground coons i asure you have smelled coyote fox bobcat urine before and it hasnt prevented them from being coons.

I've used bobcat urine to repel squirrels, and it works pretty good. Not so sure about coons. Plenty of times I've seen coons in the same field with yotes, not paying each other any mind.

Racoons & coyotes have no problem living along the same bottom lands where I have called coyotes.
I was calling coyotes one morning and three big racoons come running out of the creek beds and the coyote I shot came down the bottom land in front of them.
To me any urine is just a cover up smell that gets animals sniffing around.

look up coon cuffs they are a dog proof trap that will help remove your coons is legal in your state you may have to check with your game warden on doing so they are easy to set and youl be pretty much species specific i dont beleive they cost all that much either

Gimick? I never make judgements on what others say,..well almost never,..I have been judgemental about Obama's comments.HAR!

The coons would fight and raise [beeep] right under my kids bedroom window and in the back trees much of the night. They would raid the garbage cans area for pop can drippins etc. NO open garbage of course. A neighbor feeds them and they have a route through my yard down to the canal behind me.
They have been absent since I used that product. Surely they will be back as the scent wears off,..but...from what some have said here, they should never have left.

I'll keep you posted. I will look coon cuffs also thanks.

Gimick?

My daughter told me thanks for spreading that coon repellent outside her bedroom window. No coons have been making noise and fighting hissing or anything for the past week. No coon activity in the trees, nothing. Been over a week now.
