Winchester sx3 waterfowl camo problems update

About two weeks ago I posted that my brand new sx3 had changed color where I held it. Well after talking to winchester myself I was not able to turn it around in my favor. They pretty much said to where gloves next time. Well the local shop that I had purchased it from has really come through. The are taking the gun to sell as used and giving me a synthetic version. They are paying me the difference of the 100 dollars between models. I guess there win. rep was able to refund them the 100 that they will loose. Either way I have a brand new shotgun on the way.

Sounds like to me your local Winchester rep is the good guy here. I had something similar happen with Benelli they were giving me the run around on a warranty repair and the Rep stepped in and took care of it but it sure soured me on Benelli's. They make good shotguns but heaven forbid if it breaks because they assume its your fault.
