Winter Insulated Rubber Hunting Boots

I am in the market for a pair of winter rubber waterproof hunting boots. I cross small creeks and sit for hours in one place while predator hunting. Much like a deer hunter in a tree stand. Except Im on the cold ground, sitting in a blind chair.
My last set of Rocky’s insulated rubber boots split on the top and were not wide enough. It seems that most of the popular boots like this are not 100% fool proof. According to reviews, leaks develop fast. Wear out aft one season, etc. What is everybody using that is working for them? Thx in advance.

New Military "Bunny Boots" are rubber and the warmest I know of.They're not that high though,so it depends how deep those streams are.

I have a pair of hip boots called "Ice Breakers", they have felt liners just like Sorels. Kind of nice you can just swap out liners if you don't have a place to dry them. They came from Cabelas. I used them on the trapline for years.

I have a pair of Muck boots, they are ok, and I have had them for a few years with no leaks. My 2 complaints, they are a little big (1/2 sizes would be nice), and the tops are not adjustable.

Military bunny boots (white for extreme cold) or Mickey mouse (black for real cold) will absolutely keep you warm and dry. For the last three years they are the only boots I wear outdoors in the winter. I always wear gators which keeps me dry in deep snow or during creek crossings. I have worn Sorel, White's, and Rocky's over the years. From here on out it's size 13d black military issue Batas!

I love my Lacrosse Alpha Burlys. Can't go wrong with Mickey Mouse boots from the military surplus store either.

I'd advise against surplus military boot's.Cant speak from personal experience but I've heard the air bladder's tend to leak on those. The bladder is a big part of their warmth.

I wear Muck boots (the woody sport I think). I had Alpha burlys by Lacrosse and liked them until I tried the Mucks. You can get Muck boot for warm, mild or cold climates. I can slip them on and off hands free and have walked a 3-4 miles a day in them as they are pretty comfortable. I don't know how they would be in a more rugged terrain as our ground is pretty flat here in Md.

I have had and tied several boots through the years, and found the "Muck Boots" to be the best for cold weather wear. The Tops, have elastic in them, to keep out snow and they fit my legs snug enough to work. YMMV.
Purchasing was done at a farm Supply store instead of the Big boys mail order because the small store had better prices. I was able to try them on and realize that not everyone has that luxury. I also want to remind you to use Wool Socks.

Thx everyone for all of the input. I found some Lacrosse Alphaburly Pro 1600 18'' on a pretty good sale. I have kinds wide feet, so I might have to invest in a boot spreader.
