Your scariest campfire story

My daughter is having a slumber party for her 10th birthday next week. She has several of her friends invited and they will "camp" in our basement. She asked me to have a "campfire story" ready to scare them all. We have a wood burner in the basement and I'm planning on killing the lights and telling the tale by firelight only. I need some of your scariest tales to leave the little gals on edge. When the story is done Me or Mama will stay with them for the night so nobody gets too spooked. I have an old preymaster call I may end up using also. Let me know what you all have.
 
Give them a story with the Texas Chain Saw Massacre theme behind it. Then later you can have a friend or relative show up with a dark towel over his head and perhaps some old bib overalls and a chainsaw screaming over his head. Remove the chain for safety reasons of course. They will never forget that one. And may never forgive you for that one as well.
 
Check out "the Jersey Devil" this tale scared many scouts and young campers for years, (based on a true story).

Now that BO thing, what's scarier is that he won. Tells a lot about our people.
 
Well heres a good one I woke up one day and saw Barack Obama , Al Sharpton and Nancy Pelosi were all in charge of the united states now thats a scary story
 
Obama, Nancy and Al? Come on guys I want to scare them for an evening not leave them with lifelong mental issues! Sheez I'm a grown man and Nancy scares me half to death. It troubles me just knowing a person can be THAT ugly.
