ARC Coup De Grace build...

That is a slick looking rig and it shoots well to boot.
The ARC actions are nice and a good deal for the $$$.

Thanks, I've ran almost 700 rounds through it now, have my load completely dialed in, it's the most accurate rifle I've ever owned! Barrel is broken in and it's done great for me in competition. The ARC CDG action has worked out so well I have 2 more actions on backorder for future builds, strongly recommend!

This is a 10 shot group, .154MOA!!!

Wow! That is pretty dang amazing...

200 yard test targets, using flags?

For my game I haven't done that, it's a PRS rig so I'm not trying to compete in Benchrest. The above group was shot at 100yds on a nice morning with no wind or mirage.

I shot it Friday and a 6"plate at 930yd was honestly pretty boring, .8mils of steady wind.

My next build will definitely be a 6 BR...Just have to wait until the 6 Creed is shot out. The accuracy and barrel life is too good to pass up.

How would a 6 BR feed in a long action if that's what a guy had? My 6 CM is built off a Howa LA and has no issues. What I had, so that's what I did. But when it shoots out, I'm going to do something a little different with more barrel life and accuracy. Since it is my LR coyote rifle/LR steel plinker to 1K, I'll take all the accuracy and barrel life I can get.

Man I honestly don't know how one would feed out of a LA magazine, obviously you have to have a special follower kit and flat spring to run good through AICS mags and I've never seen that option for LA mags. I'd guess it wouldn't run very good, but again I'm yet to see anyone try. I would think it would be easier to sell your rig before it's shot out or use it for another project and just get a SA remmy or clone and go that way.

We've ran the 6br all the way to 1450yd at a LR match with surprising results, especially at our altitude of about 600ft! After 1k it really starts to loose steam but it's been very predictable. I have 2 6br set up for PRS and there is very very little difference in accuracy between the two, maybe none. One gun is lighter and the barrel is 4" shorter, I think it's every bit as accurate, it's just harder to shoot. There is a group of 5 of us that train/shoot together regularly and we are all running 6br and I just can't say enough good things about them.
