not kidding, i did it. it all started when my son said that he and his buddy wanted to try eating coyote. they said they saw steve rinella on meat eater do it. they said they were serious so...i agreed. i took this one and cut the back straps out then i soaked it in salt water for a day and...

here it is. i know i posted this in another thread but i did say i would post it here so:

Well, about all I’m going to say about this is that I have yet to get that hungry! It would take some pretty extreme circumstances for me to consider eating one. Coyotes are made for shooting, not eating!

That said, I did once try raccoon that was prepared in some sort of raspberry glaze something or another. It was pretty good but the sane side of my brain kept me from having more than a small taste!

the hunt thing was an after thought. like i said, i didnt plan on it, just thought i would try and see if anything was possible

nope. had a great offer from mattman but he is 2 hours away. his work schedule changed and that was that. great offer from a nice guy
