I kind of knew these two would be around tonight. I've been getting them on trail cams for a few days now traveling together. Didn't have to wait long for them to pay a visit to the bait pile. Both came trotting up the ice picking up scraps here and there. That's where they met their demise.

JUST KIDDING, AS YOU SAID BEFORE. We have 3 eagle nests confirmed in my County and one is only about 5 miles via road from home (about 2 by air). It is really neat to see them. The only time I have seen more than one here is at the nest.

No, 223 70gr Nosler. The thermal is on the 204 and I wanted to try the DNV again.
With the intensity of the fog these past few nights both dnv and thermal were nearly useless. I nearly packed it in and left before it cleared a little enough to see thru the scope.
