RCBS Chargemaster refurbish??

Has anyone had experience with sending a Chargemaster back to RCBS for inspection/repair? Mine is showing an erratic weight readout, and I can't have any confidence in it. In the past, it was always spot-on.
 
I send a unit in because small spherical powder would leak out the cleanout when closed. They offered a couple suggestions for a fix and offered free parts OR they'd just send me a newer unit free of charge. RCBS customer support has always been top notch when I've needed it. Even when the problem was self induced and i was willing to pay for my mistakes. They always took care of it free of charge.

Unless things have changed , they won't fix it out of warranty. Mine did the same as yours . They did offer many ideas to try and fix it over the phone and email. Those did not work. Told me sorry , throw it away.

The lady I talked with on the phone was super nice and truly wanted to help.
