ATF Form 4 Wait Times.

Odds of Congress changing the NFA law(s) to be consistent with current court decisions and Agency Policy Statements- 0

Odds of another administration coming in and citing overreach by certain Agency Administrators (decisions not to enforce laws, applying court decisions and relief to classes not included/addressed in the initial action) and reinstating the law(s) as they were- ?

Some people continue to post comments that clearly demonstrate they don't understand how law, court decisions, and prosecutorial discretion work.

Congress is pretty do nothing, but when they do do something it always seems to go against the desire and will of the people.
So, I won't hold me breath thinking that when the D's are in charge that they won't do anything, and it will be with the blessing of the R's. They, the R's, will all vote no knowing full well that they haven't done anything to defeat the D's. All by design.

Odds of a new administration doing any and all of the above 100% if it's a D. R's will jump up and down telling us how the D's are destroying the constitution or whatever, but they won't get anything done. All by design.

Probably correct, but past history tells the ignoramuses amongst us that all is not as it seems.
Bump stocks were legal until they weren't. Had to go to court to fight it out.
Pistol braces were all good until they wern't. Had to go to court to fight it out.
Lower court judges continue to disregard Bruen and other precedent cases forcing more lawfare and dragging rights into the abyss. We're fortunate today because we are seeing wins at the court level in spite of all of this. Tomorrow will bring about a whole new set of court cases and that is what we need to be prepared for. Tomorrow will also bring a new ATF director and history has shown that many of them are anti-2A.
In the meantime, Thomas and Alito are nearing their SCOTUS end because of age. Who will get to replace them? That's a wild card right now. Kavanagh, Gorsuch and Barrett are all squishy and Roberts is downright detestable.
The future looks in jeopardy from a court perspective, especially if the D's fulfill their promise to stack the court.
So, in the meanwhile I'll just remain skeptical, cynical and distrustful. I really don't want to be these things, but it's where we are.
Anyway, just my rant for the day.
