Let's see your predator hunting shotgun. Tell us what kind it is and what choke/ ammo combo works best out of it.

I just use my stoeger m3000 that i use for duck hunting. Has been good and reliable gun even when falling in the mud and water, had it submerged 3 times one hunt this year, had to clean the mud out of the barrel the 2nd time, other then that it fired perfect. I just went with APG for a camo seems to blend in to the woods well, and the tree lines i typically duck hunt out of.

Nothing fancy 870SM with XLR250 for night hunting and 835 for daytime calling both with dead coyote tubes and dead coyote shot & #4 buck, both double as turkey and goose guns also

Ontario I've seen a couple of your posts regarding the Maxus. Can you tell us what combo you wind up using most. Sorry to hijack op

If it's a shotgun stand only , which a lot of my stands here are I go with the maxus , the .670 choke extends my effective range by about 10 yards over the .696 in the SX2 . If I am holding my shots to inside 40 yards the .696 choke really shines by the way I get equal performance from the two guns by switching the chokes back and forth, essentially the same gun same bore shorter barrel. But like all of us I like a different gun in my hand now and then.
I often sit some 2 gun sets where I have both rifle and shotgun , in that case it's always the shorter barrelled SX2 with the .696 choke.

Took this one today with my trusty Escort semi auto using Dead Coyote T shot and a Carlson's Dead Coyote choke

I plan on using one of two SGs i have. I have an older Winchester 1300 with a 22" ribbed barrel and chokes. My other is a Remington 1100, 20" rifle sight barrel that i plan having bored and threaed for chokes.

Benelli M2 tactical, with an Ultra-dot sight, factory full choke. Three inch remington buffered #4 buck. Will keep 9-11 pellets (out of 41) on a standard paper plate at 50yds. It is a DEATH RAY!

remington 870 express super mag
carlsons dead coyote choke tube with number 4 buck
I think I am going to put a red dot on it this weekend though as these old eyes just arent the same as they used to be
