The only time I ever got to eat Moose, I fell in love with the taste... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grinning-smiley-003.gif

How long is each tube of that bunch??

The sausage tubes run between 6-8 ft in length, it took my wife several days to cut and vacuum pack all of it, we also had 150 lbs. of hamburger made..
I was working 6-12's after taking a week off for the hunt, she ended up cutting and processing most of the moose. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/angry-smiley-055.gif

I called the bull in on the second to last day of my week off and 3 days before the close of the season. It was a close one, I'd passed up several legal spike/fork moose during the season, looking for a rack almost got me skunked, but I pulled it off again /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Here's a pic of the rack..

Aaarrghhh..... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif
I took the photos with a 10MP Pentax camera, gotta resize the pics to post 'em... Should work now !!
