.17 Hornet Powder Funnel

Would really appreciate some help on picking a good 17 Hornet powder funnel. I'm finding I don't have anything to load this caliber with. Thanks

They are kinda expensive but I have one in .17 and .20 cal and they work really well. I especially like using the .17 cal one because of how it fits so tight on the neck.

My other powder funnels are Satern and they're good too.
 
I have an RCBS made just for the .17 calibers. I guess that I have had it for going on 40 years now. I use it for my .17 Remington and my .17 Hornet. My .204 as well. Aint no telling how many pounds of powder have trickled through that tiny orifice over the last four decades.
 
Another one for the Satern aluminum powder funnel. Also you don't have to worry about static electricity. Have one for every caliber that I load for.
 
Have been using one I got from Dick Saunders about 20 years ago. Machined from billet aluminum. Not sure if he is still around and making them or not. They were the .17 cal schnizz back in the day. Still are. The Satern looks nice, and lots of places to get them from.

Xtreme hardcore gear makes the machined aluminum ones . I have one in .17 and just ordered one in 6mm. I also have a Saturn one in .22 that works fine too but doesn’t look near as cool...
 
Not saying they won't work, but the 17 Hornet usually uses some pretty fine grain powder and for those types of powders I prefer metal funnels because they don't get the static build up like plastic funnels tend to and depending on the powder type it'll sometimes make it stick to the sides.

Probably not a real big deal, but it kinda bugs me, so I prefer metal for the fine grain or flake powders.

Got'em !!! I worked on hoisery machines 30 years (socks) so I have several pair. Lol
 
In a pinch I’ve made a paper funnel for my .17 fireball . Not ideal but it worked. I kind of liked it because it was super lite and wouldn’t cause the case to tip over
