I'm a HUGE 17 caliber fan and have been shooting prairie dogs and coyotes for 60+ years but am new here on this forum. Just found it while researching loads for the 17 Predator.
I did a search on this forum but came up with nothing, so if this question has been asked and answered before, please point me to the discussion.
My question: Is there a load for the 17 Predator cartridge and 30 grain bullets using BLC-2? I have a BUNCH of this powder and sure would like to use it.
Currently I'm using N-550 which is very satisfactory but a bit spendy, especially considering the average price of my BLC-2 is around $12.00.
Honestly, it's no big deal because one gets a fair amount of loads from a pound of powder but, being a tightwad, I like to save wherever I can.
