About the end of May after the first cutting of hay seems to be a decent time to start getting after them again. I’ve saw two different pairs of red fox since the middle of March so hopefully that’s a good sign for red fox numbers which seemed to be down the last few years. For comparison, saw, and heard, less coyotes last year. I’m not educated or experienced enough to know if there’s a direct correlation, but seems to be that way. More coyotes = less fox, less coyotes = more fox. Anyway, glad to know you’re still around.
