Hey thanks a lot for that info GC, i would like to use the gun but not if it will harm it in any way.
pack, I know what you mean with 20 ga I have killed two bobcats while quil hunting with a 16 ga, one was about 30 yards running. bye the way i was shooting 7 1\2s. That is not to say i would recomend using this and now that i am a little older i probably would not even take the shot.
thanks to everybody for the good advice.I am taking a trip out west this weekend and if I down any critters with the old gun i will be sure and post full story and pics.
