Depredation hunts down here are for deer…what is it in Michigan?

In Michigan it only applies to if the Landowner has "livestock" or you are within a "reasonable" distance of livestock, does not apply to pets or people.. my local dnr officer stated that reasonable distance is within 250 yards of livestock.

Yes, didn't used to be that way up until last year. We are working on getting it changed back
