Hornady will if you send them three cases and a Benjamin and a half. Or just buy a 204 Type S FL bushing die from Redding and a couple of bushings and call it good. That would be a much shorter wait for sure

I use the bushing die to load 22-204, 6mm-204 and can load 25-204's on it but the 204 bushing die wasn't availible when I built the 25-204 and had Hornady make a custom sizer, there stock 250 Sav/257Rob. seating die will work with it.

If ou want to use an expander ball you will need to get the 224 expander stem also as the 204 expander stem is too small to use the 224 expander ball.

So the s type 204 die is not available anywhere.doyou think I could use my full length 204 rcbs sizer to resize the case and then neck size the case with a 223 die of a neck sizing die?

Your method will certainly work using the expander ball in place beyond a doubt.

You could also size with a standard 204 die and then run a 223 neck turning mandrel into the necks to expand to a shade under 223.

You will overwork the brass over the long run with either method but it will get you there beyond a doubt.

I took a Redding 204 FL S bushing die and reamed the pilot hole out in the bushing shelf just a few thousandths for clearance and it works great.

On new 204 brass I just run it on my 22 expander mandrel, load and shoot.

I use an RCBS 223 Comp seater and it works fine.
