22-250 or 223 varmint grenade loads

Does anyone have any loads they used with the new Barnes Varmint Grenade loads for the 22-250 or .223. I thought they looked pretty interesting. They don't need to be crazy fast, just accurate. Thanks.
 
I read that you load them just like a 55 gr barnes VLC bullet since they are larger bullets made from thinner metal.....call barnes I just called them last week due to not being able to find a load for 53 gr TSX bullet and Varget powder for my 250. They will give you 3 or 4 different loads over the phone. Let me know how they work I have been thinking about buying some.
 
i used the load data for the 55gr x bullet and bl-c(2) powder in my sons 222rem mag it shoots 1 1/2" at 300yrds... 1 ragged hole at 100 and 1/2" at 200 they shoot great in his rifle its a custom built on a howa action
