Changing loading manuals does not change anything.
ALL of the loading manuals are just approximations and give you starting points, not final loading data.
Use the loading data in the Sierra manual, and work up - just like you have to do with all the manuals.
If you are going to whack PD's be careful about working up max loads on cool days with H-380, cuz they will lock up your action on the summer time prairies in August.

Me too... got that tee shirt in spades.
Up 'til two years ago, I had H-380 (and a bunch of other ball powders) in the one pound cardboard boxes that Hodgdon use to use, and the price tags were $1.85 to $2.35
When ball powder first came out (yeah, I'm THAT old), I thought it was great, cuz it ran through the measure like water... until I discovered the down side. I would work up woodchuck loads in March and April, and had pressure and changing POI problems in the New England summers... when I loaded down o avoid the pressure problems, I still had the changing POI problems.
Went back to stick powder and dribbling.
Now, I only use ball powders for high volume loading machines.
