22-250 vs 223

Nothing wrong with a 223 I'll take a 22-250 any day over a 223 but that's just me.

too late I got the 223 heavy barrel with accu trigger. when I seen the price of ammo I said yeah ill go with this. I hear I can get a new barrel though so maybe later on ill go to a 22-250. I like to shoot so 223 will be better on the pocket.

It's an altered shoulder angle of the shell casing and the barrel is reamed to the same. It allows more case capacity but still able to fire factory ammo in it while fire forming.

If you have a gun chambered in this Ackley improved do you have to get special ammo,or can you shoot factory hornady ammo in it?
