Something I'm playing with . Gassy lil heffier , got it somewhat functioning well , sucker is sending. These 69grainers down pretty dang fast still barely in the middle of the load range too. 20" barrel killed abut of velocity

Head gasket or rings, how wet are you running it?

If you're not running an adjustable gas block, I would get one pronto and tune it. That, plus a heavy buffer will help keep that bolt closed a hair longer.
And finally, Superformance is pretty gassy / dirty stuff. I would try some Staball 6.5 or H4350.
