223 AI powder? What powder do you use and why?

I am using 30.1 gr of TAC and a 40 gr V-max with a Rem 7 1/2 primer. This load shoots as good as anything else I have tried. Very clean, meters well and cheap!

This was using 75g AMAX and 75g BTHP to sight in for my test load.

223ai, Remington 1:9 twist....23g H335 and COL 2.415

100 yds....still got some work to do, but I think it's a pretty good start
 
I am shooting AA2520 in mine. With 55gr Sierra BK's I get around 3400 out of a 24" AR15. When caseforming it is a compressed load. I believe it is 29.5gr. That is too hot for summertime shooting though. It is very accurate.
