41gr Varget with 75 gr Vmax seems to work real well for me. Im getting .5 if I do my part. I started at 39gr and my groups went from around an inch, got better the faster I went. Thats out of a rechambered factory savage barrel that I put together.
Most Ackley chambered guns show their best accuracy with powder charges at or near maximum for the bullet weight. 1-10" twist might be a bit iffy on the 100gr bullets depending on shape and velocity.
