243 Ammo

I have recently started shooting a Remington 700 with a Shaw barrel. It is 243 caliber with 1 in 10 twist. A friend has given me some 243 ammo he reloaded. It is loaded with 33.5 grains of Reloader 15 powder, 87 grain Hornady V Max bullet, and Federal 210 primers. The seated length is 2.675 and estimated at 2,850 FPS. Is this good ammo for
1 in 10 twist or would I have better accuracy with a lighter bullet? Thanks!

You won't know until you shoot it.
Personal i would be careful shooting ammo loaded by someone else and worked up for a different gun than the one you have unless it is a very light charge for bullet weight.

That charge weight is low, low charge weights can be just as much problem as over max charge weights. I would be reluctant to risk damage or injury using anothers ammo.
