100 gr. triple shock x bullet Barnes
100 gr jhp Speer
Those are the only hollow points that i know. hope this helps.

My answer depends on your intended use. Most of the 25 caliber 100 grain slugs are built to be more of a small game (pigs to deer) bullet, and not so much of a varmint round. Makes no difference for paper punching but they might go right through a smaller animal or really break up everything if they hit bone. I suspect most of the above HPs are heavier built. I've not had a lot of luck finding varmint bullets in 100gr but I'd buy a bunch of thin skinned/varmint 100gr Boat-tail ballistic tips if they were out there. However the longer 115gr Nosler Ballistic tips have better ballistics, and carry a bit better in the wind.

I get good results from H-4831sc. I believe it's a bit slower than IMR

Are you looking for "match" type hollow point bullets or rapid expanding "hunting" type bullets?

Almost everyone makes the 1oogr bullets for the 257 but I use Nosler Balistic tipped bullets for almost everything. Their 1oogr bullets are a "hunting" bullet while their 85gr bullet is a "varmint" bullet.
I just purchased a few hundred 100gr SMKs today because Ive had good luck with them on deer sized animals in the past and because the store was out of Noslers. The SMKs and Noslers list their bullets about the same for BCs.
The SMKs have the little hollow point for match shooting and are VERY accurate like the noslers. They dont expand too rapidly on deer but tear pelts up badly (like most bullets design Ive shot through my 257's)
If your wanting rapid expansion for prairie dogs and such, go with the 90gr game king or 85gr nosler. The game king thumps deer very hard but the 85's give me splash hits (took 4 shots to bring down a nice whitetail). The 85's on the other hand will just about tear a coyote sized animal in half.
The bigger bullets have good BCs but they are slower and loose out to the 100's when shooting average hunting distances because of the loss in velocity. In fact the 100gr noslers will have almost exactly the same MOA of drop at 1000yds as the 115 gr noslers.
Reloder 22 is the best powder Ive found for the 100-120gr bullets. The guys at Roundup powders made a few good powders for the 2506 (magnum and ramshot)but couldnt get the velocities they could get with rel22. Their SDs were better though.

I am shooting the 100gr TSX's in mine. Driven with RE25. Super accurate. They do great on deer, and are explosive on PD's.
