25 wssm Mags

I recently purchased a couple modified Pmags from Cbass for my 25wssm upper. They don't work very well and it seems that Cbass has gone missing. Not sure if these can be tweaked to get them to feed but the 5 round mag doesn't feed at all. The bolt catches on the next round in the mag. The 7 round mag feeds everyone except for the last one. As it tries to bring the shell forward, the tip of the bullet doesn't rise and the nose of the bullet catches on the receiver.

Mike's(dtech)mags work well but from what I have heard they are going out of business or already have. My question is where is another good place to find extra mags for the wssm? I love the pmags but not sure if I want to go the modified route again. Thanks

So cutting the front out of a magazine can affect it's reliability? HMMM Ok I'll leave that alone and try to be helpfull.

I see Cbass on WSSMzone from time to time you might catch up with him there.

Mike at Dtech isn't going out of buisness that I have heard of, and I talked to him not too long ago. (Although I did gather that he was having a torrid affair with a fishing boat that has turned his head just a tad from full focus on Building AR's

He now has stainless mags that allow a little longer OAL, but not enough for those Burger bullets everyone likes to try in thier 25WSSMs. They are costly at 50.00 but I found them to be reliable.

Like posted above you have two options, call him on Monday morning or call him on Thursday Morning, any other method will likely not get through.
 
I didn't actually mean mike was going out of business. I meant Cproducts I heard was going out of business. So I was more worried not being able to get the mags that he offered on his site.

I have since talked to him and he informed me that there is no need to worry about availability of magazines for the wssm's. Sorry to get people nervous. I was just curious if anyone knew of other places to get wssm mags for the AR platform.

That being said, my 25wssm upper showed up yesterday and I'm putting loads together and hopefully will have a report on how it shoots by monday.
