At a local reloading shop the other day and the owner had a MGM encore barrel laying on the counter chambered in this caliber. Interesting and pretty wild looking flute job. Do any of you know anything about this caliber?
 
For several years I had an M G M 6mm 30x30 ai on a contender platform. Forming brass can be a bit tricky and really for an Encore pretty mild. Great for a Contender with results close to 250 Savage. Personally if the price was too good to pass on Id buy it and have it punched out to something with more zing.
 
Brass can be made up from 30-30 but more desirable would be 25-35. In either case it's fairly thin and not particularly durable. I made some for my 6mm using .375 win brass but it requires several steps. It would last thru many loadings. On the bullberry website they list loads for the 25 bull berry improved. Same as
