.270 for lady

Dont under estimate the ladies. Most shoot better than us without even trying.
My friends wife, who is a small build woman, shot a 7-08 for years hunting deer, elk, black bear. She has since moved up to a 300 wm.
Proper gun, proper fit, proper recoil pad, and proper ammo are the key. And start off small and work up to the larger weapons.
 
7mm-08 or .308 use managed recoil loads.
A well designed stock makes a big difference.
Good eye relief is another success factor.
 
can someone compare a .270 and a 6.5 creedmor for me. 6.5 would be the smaller? and have less energy further out right?
if we do buy something it has to be something with easily available factory loads.
 
Capacity of the Creed will be less than the 270=less recoil.
Depends on how much further out you are talking about and what bullets you are considering.
You have a better selection of LR bullets in 6.5 than you do for the 270
