I have my 25-06 ackley remington factory sporter barrel rifle in a mcmillan mountain rifle stock and that is the largest barrel contour I would go in the mountain rifle stock.

Tim got it, that's just sponged on Krylon Ultra Flat.
McMillan used to make the AWR stocks for Remington, but I believe it is B&C who makes them now. Two of mine are stamped MCMILLAN inside the barrel channel, but they are hard to come by for a Seven. For a 700, you can pick up a B&C AWR from Stocky's...
