312/313 diameter cast lead bullets in a sks??

I admit I know little about cast lead bullets, but I see a lot of factory bullets for reloading in this range. Several articles I read seem to indicate wanting to use a cast lead bullet slightly larger in diameter than the groove diameter of the rifle, and several reviews on the bullets are from people claiming to use them in their ak-47/sks rifles. Is a cast lead bullet with a 312 or 313 diameter safe (or possibly preferred) for use in a gun with a 311 grove diameter?

Well, never mind, I just found the answer to my question not only in the Lyman 49th, but also in several topics on this site. I believe I need to learn to look better... On a side note, I'm considering cast lead (factory, don't know enough about reloading yet to want to learn to cast at the same time) bullets for my sks, mostly because there seems to be a reasonably good supply of them in the proper diameter, and I wanted a heavy low velocity round anyway... have any of you tried this out in your own guns with any success??

I shoot a lot of cast bullets from a .223 up to a .45-100 but don't own a SKS a lot of people have had some great success with that gun and cast. If you want go over to www.castboolits.gunloads.com and look around lots of info on all kinds of cast bullet shooting there some friendly people there too.
