#4 or #2 Tss choke tube?

Until this past season, #7 was the smallest allowed here.
 
I use Carlson's extended blued Sporting Clays chokes in my hunting shotguns. They are rated for all shot types. I thought most choke manufacturers said to not use tighter than a Mod choke for shooting larger steel shot sizes. TSS shot is way harder than steel shot is.

Carlsons is no bigger than #BB or faster than 1550fps through the Full. No bigger than #4 through the turkey chokes.
