40 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip?

Called one in 6 minutes into the stand. Two sequences of coyote duet, paused a while and started up some Lighting Jack. I had it coming in locked on the call. There's a road about 200 yards behind me and a truck drivers by. The coyote veers off to the East and takes off. I didn't have a good shot on it so I let it go. I hit pup in distress but nothing else came in and that coyote wasn't coming back. I stood up and it was 300 yards away standing broadside the last I saw it.

Yes they blend in really well with their surroundings. I had walked within 5 feet of that coyote yesterday evening and never saw it. Yeah I've heard about that. But after that little display nothin but 20 minutes ago Miranda will probably follow through with the divorce and get everything I have...jokes on her. I ain't got much.lol

It's pretty early in the day and the wind picked up. I'm gonna head for the thick stuff and try to call up a cat. The Nosler did really good on that coyotes fur so I ain't afraid to try one out on a Bob kitty.
