Save image to your computer, open it in whatever, zoom in close, and look at the bottom line on the Deer's belly... It's been Photoshopped.
 
Either way no matter where he is from.. That dude looks like he was laying under a feeder, in a corn field, or found a hiding spot in the middle of a hay bale stack and had to eat his way out.
