I shot this coyote last Nov , and new before I pulled the trigger it was a monster
Took it home weighed it and skinned it.
The only way I had to get its weight was my bathroom scales,
so I stood on them for a dry weight and once again holding the coyote, and i was shocked when it read 43 lbs more holding this monster.

This is the before pic when i got it home

I had a Guy out of Marysvale Ut Rug it for me and I think he did a great job.
I also have in the bottom pic a few of Kerry Carvers Wood calls and the Lanyard was made by Guy Clark.

That looks fantastic.... eyes are a touch off, but other than that...

If I ever kill a good monster yote, that's what I am doing.

Very nice man!

I am sorry, but that mount SUCKS ! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/angry-smiley-055.gif

I can't believe you would even hang that thing up in your house and show any pride in that at all.

I tell you what, send me a PM and I'll tell you my address.
You can ship it to me and that way you'll never have to look at it again. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Looks pretty neat! I've been threatening to do the same for years, never have though. Maybe if I get a big pretty one this year? My biggest was 44 lb's on my fishing scale - like you said, he looked huge the second I laid eyes on him. His muzzle and throat were totally soaked in still wet blood from feeding too. Like he left a fresh kill or carcass to come to the call. Guess he didn't get that big by missing easy meals!

Thanks guys.
I have had it up on my wall for just a few hours and it looks like it should have been there for years.
This coyote was the second coyote I shot to be rugged , the other i shot in my honey hole, it went just a hair over 40lbs.
I had already made plans with the Taxi to have it done and i think it was three days before i took it to his shop I shot this bugger. I had the other one tanned to give to my son it went 54"
I put a tape on it today and he went 65" Noise to Tail.

Here is a pic of the coyote I had planned on getting done before I shot this one
On the first row third dog left to right , you can tell hes a hog to
