53 gr. TSX load for 22-250 w/ 1:14 twist ?

I have been trying the 53gr. XLC, and have tried one load with the 53gr. TSX in my ruger target 220 swift. Similar issues. Have tried 3 different powders, 8 charge weights combined, and 2 seating depths, all with dismal results. One "group" if you can call it that, of 3" 5 shots with N160. The rest 5 shots will not all touch the paper. (2'x2' piece)I have also been told to try the new lighter TSX. They are not keyholing, and the rifle shoots every factory load I have tried, under 1" easily, 55gr. hornady vmax, 60gr. hornady hp, 52gr. sierra hpbt federal loads (1/4" groups).

Hmmmm. Apparently what we have here is a few guys that say it won't work, and a few guys that know that it does because they do it. Apparently it works in some rifles, and not others......

Have noticed in my swift that the 60 gr plus likes a whole lot different powder choice than the smaller lighter boolits
Barnes is a whole different matter entirely they do rec.them .05 off the lands to start

I think its already been illustrated that some guns/loads are working fine with this combo; doesn't mean their load data will work in all guns!
