6 mm rem loads for coyotes

I recently came across a "very low mileage" Rem 700 bdl, that the barrel code and stock style suggest was assembled around 1970 in 6mm Rem

anyone have any suggestions for powder bullet combos?

I fully realize each rifle is it's own self and loads must be worked up for this particular rifle, but looking for combinations people have had success with, that I may try.

I have the following bullets

70g nosler bt
80g nosler bt
90 nosler bt
95 nosler bt

75 g sierra hp varmint
80 g sierra btsp
85 g sierra sp varmint
85 g bthp sierra gameking

powders I have some of at this time that I think are in the burn speed to match the bullet range I have are H 4350, H 4831, imr 4007 ssc, imr 4350, imr 4831, and imr 4064

thanks

I shoot 70 BTs loaded to muzzle velocity of 3650fps out of my 26" barrel and they knock coyotes over like they we're hit with Thor's hammer as far as you can see them. I would tell you to grab a noslers load book and give em a try. Sighted 1.4"high at a 100 yards you can aim dead on to 250

80g, IMR 4064 Max load for your rifle will be in the 3500 fps area, you are done!

We killed a house full of coyotes with win brass, fed 210, 50g of win 760, 60g sierra hp at 4000 fps...dogs just flop, even when shot in the stomach!

you can get all over 3600fps with the 80g if you will stomp on the gas with R#19 with a win primer, accuracy also!

I run an 80gr. Berger MEF and 40gr. of Accurate 2495 for a speed of 3245fps.

4064 and 4350 are great choices as well

I would shoot the Nosler 70 gr. BT, with a near max charge of
VV 160. If you want max. carnage, then the 65 gr. VMax, with
VV 160. There are a number of good powders for the 6mm, my
rifle just happens to like Vihtavuori 160.

Killed many a coyote with my M77 6mm. Best load uses the Hornady 70gr Sp. Not an explosive varmint bullet. Using 4350 it gives me best velocity and accuracy and is about as fur friendly as you can get.
