There is not much point in burning that much powder for short range stuff. To utilize the long range potential of this caliber you have to use a fast twist barrel to shoot the heaviest, highest BC bullets. Shooting the 105 and 107 VLD bullets it is a fantastic 1000-1500 yard caliber. The downside is a barrel life of only 5-600 rounds before you start getting bullet blowups. As long as you are not shooting colony varmints, 5-600 rounds will take many years to shoot.

PS: A $200 budget is a bit unrealistic since a top quality barrel alone is $300+ and you want to use a good gunsmith which will add at least another $200, probably more, to have it done right.
