6mm Cm coyote loads

I’m working on a Ruger Gen2 predator in 6mm creedmoor. I want to try 87 gr vmax first since I have 200 of them. Does anyone have first hand experience with this combo? Twist is 1-7.7 I have a couple of pounds of Varget so maybe that will work..

I run them in my 8 twist using H4350.
I believe they are at 3,170 or there abouts...nasty on coyotes.
I could push them faster but the accuracy is there.
26" barrel on my 6 creed.

I have the same exact gun but have been running the 80 grain ELD VT's great accuracy but have to take alot of follow up shots to anchor them thinking about going to the 75 grain vmax, running 40 grains of varget at 3231fps

I have used 75g vmax out of my 243 at 3350 fps and they are great on coyotes.
I don't think I ever had to shoot one twice.
Along with the 87g vmax both are one of the best bullets I have found for Drt's.

I was using the 62g Eld VT in my 22br and had the same issues. Switched to 73g Bergers.

The 75 v-max is not likely to do better. If you're going to make a switch, I would recommend the 87 v-max or 90 eld-x. I shot the 87s for a number of years out of a 243 and 6 Grendel. They hit with authority.
