I recently purchased a 243 win for shooting steel gongs at long range. I want to shoot a highest BC bullet possible, will a 10 twist stabilize 105 and 107 grain bullets?

IIRC, 10 is too slow for 105+.
This is my experience. 100 gr. Sierra Pro Hunters shoot
sub-MOA, out of my 1:10 6mm Rem. barrel. The 107 Sierra
Match Kings made nice little side profile shaped holes
in targets.
Take a look at the seirra 95gr matchking HPBT. I have had real good luck with them out of both my 700 and the r25. I don't shoot them much as I have switched to the 75gr seirra HP's

Ron, I bought a Remmy 700 SPS with a heavy barrel. Long range to me starts at 500 yards. If there are any AZ people that would like to go out and spank steel with me I'm in. I have 3 gongs that need to get shot up.
