6x45 dies?

The redding will require a different seater plug if you use 70 gr and smaller bullets. I just got mine from them a couple days ago.

Use the redding and had to call redding to get alonger seater stem. Called them last monday and got the new seater stem on wed of that week. They said that the seater stem that comes with the die was a #6 and that I needed a #23.

I concur...they are the best dies & yup # 23 seater plug for 65g & lighter bullets. Redding is sending those out free with an Email or call.

I just got a set of hornadys and they had a offer for 100 free bullets. I got the "free" bullets after I paid $6.95 shipping.

Well I got the dies ordered. Ill mainly be using 85g bullets but do have 100 70g ballistic tips, will i need the new seater plug for the 70 BT?

I had to get it for my Sierra 70 gr BK bullets. It wouldnt seat them deep enough to go in my AR mag. If I remember right it was seating them to 3.70.

It's free.
Just give Redding a call and you'll have it in 3 days.

You do have a point, and I will follow your advise... Thanks

I use a Redding sizing die and a Hornady seater, but I do that with most of the calibers I load, one brand of sizer and the Horn. seater, really like the Hornady seater.
