8N governor question?

My uncle has an old ford 8N with a 6 cyl Funk conversion. He is in need of a new governor. The old one is a universal NOVI brand. It has a tach hook up in the back of it. Anyone know where I can find info on it or a replacement?

Have you tried checking with Abilene Machine in Abilene, Ks.?
I'm not sure if they still do, but I think they used to carry parts for older farm equipment.
It might be worth a try.

I've never had reason to deal with them.
I just knew about them, cuz I go by them all the time, going to Abilene from Salina.
