This black coyote was photographed at 1:45 in a field east of the Catoosa, Oklahoma school bus barn. Mostly crepuscular in nature, seeing a coyote at this time of day is an indication of their species overpopulation, and a depletion of natural food sources. This increases the risk to children and pets as they search for food. Submitted by Reginald Murray, Owner, Oklahoma Wildlife Control®, L.L.C.
In the photos is Jack, our newest addition to our company. Jacks wife Cristy, is our Marketing and Advertising Director. Jack has been on some exclusions with us, learning about that side of the business ... but I was not aware of exactly how attentive he was to instruction.
I showed Jack yesterday (01-09-10) how I wanted footholds set for coyotes, on a new contract we have. Talk about "Paying Attention" ... he did ... and Jack got his very first coyote EVER this morning. A big male.
