Adjusting a Rifle Basix Trigger

I am looking for someone who has experience adjusting triggers, Rifle Basix to be specific. I installed one on my Remington model 700 and can't seem to reduce the creep prior to actual firing. I've adjusted the over travel and sear countless times and it seems to make no difference. It had some travel right out of the package, but is worse now that I have attempted to remove it. Any advise??
 
Make sure your trigger pins fit loose per the instuctions. You will probably have to polish them up to get them to slide in with your fingers.
 
Might not be what you want to hear, but send it back. If I am not mistaken, they have a pretty good warranty as long as the trigger is not mod'ed. I have two of em and am pretty happy. Ya paid close to a 100$, should not have creep in it, send it back and use orig till its return.

I put one in a rem 700. Had a minor set back. Look up their website and call. THe guy literal answers the phone all the time. He had me going in less than 5 mins.
